SPORTS personalities were in action at Stoke-by-Nayland on Monday, taking part in the proam which preceded the three-day PGA Europro Tour event. The latter started yesterday, and concludes tomorrow.
Snooker legend Steve Davis, a regular at the annual proam, former Olympic athlete John Regis, former world darts champion Rod Harrington, and Tottenham and England keeper Paul Robinson were among those taking part.

The Europro Tour event is open to spectators, and entry is free of charge. The cut will come after today's second round, with the leading 60 players and ties contesting the final round tomorrow for a top prize of £10,000.

Both the proam and the Tour will feature in a two-hour highlights package on Sky Sports 1 and 2 on Wednesday, July 9.
